Responsibilities

As a Xero Trainer you will:

  Design and deliver structured Xero training programmes for internal departments including Onboarding, Customer Success, and Marketing.

  Create scalable training materials such as video tutorials, webinars, and help centre guides for both internal and client use.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead the Xero onboarding enablement process to ensure clients are self-sufficient and efficient from day one.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the primary internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Xero-related queries and best practice implementations.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify recurring friction points in platform usage and proactively address them through targeted educational content.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the Customer Success team to reduce support ticket volumes by improving overall user competency.
