Welfare Labourer – West Wickham

?? Rate: £13.69 PAYE or £15.85 umbrella
??? Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5pm
??? Duration: 15-20 months
We are currently looking for a reliable Welfare Labourer to join a busy site in West Wickham. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role will be a mix of site cleaning and site labour work, it will differ from cleaning the site cabins and site toilets to helping to move materials or general help to all trades and labour on site. If you are someoen who likes fast pace work and works well with a largw team this role is for you.
Role Responsibilities:
General cleaning of welfare areas including toilets, canteen, and drying rooms
Keeping site cabins and communal areas clean and tidy
Assisting with general site labouring duties when required
Supporting the site team to ensure health and safety standards are met
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Previous experience in welfare or labouring roles preferred
Must have own PPE (boots, hard hat, high-vis)
A strong work ethic and reliability
