Job Description

We are looking for a Welfare Cleaner to join our team. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of welfare facilities on construction sites. Work is available immediately in the Hawkhurst area. Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining welfare units, including toilets, kitchens, and rest areas


• Ensuring the site’s communal areas are tidy and hygienic


• Stocking and replenishing supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, etc.)


• Assisting with general site maintenance and labouring tasks


• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times


• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the site supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience in a welfare labourer or cleaning role preferred


• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently


• Able to travel to and from site


• Physically fit to handle cleaning and maintenance tasks


• Must be able to follow health and safety protocols
