Warehouse Operative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be based at our Clopton location from Monday to Friday and will play a crucial role in the Operations department. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and assembling orders, as well as coordinating daily parcel collections with carriers.



Technical Requirements:

The role requires proficiency with basic engineering tools such as ratchets, Allen keys, mini band saws, belt sanders, and small battery-powered drills/screwdrivers for component assembly.

Responsibilities:

Use a computer and have experience with CRM/computer software systems.

Take ownership of tasks and manage them effectively.

Communicate with the sales team regarding the progress of sales orders.

Utilise your technical skills (engineering) to assemble kits for customers.

Apply your creativity to develop solutions in our specialized department using mini band saws and belt sanders.

Work from our warehouse Monday to Friday.

Collaborate with our Operations Manager.



Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (hours can be discussed).



Salary:

Approximately 25,000 per year.
