THE COMPANY

We are actively seeking to recruit two Warehouse Operatives to join our team at the Newton Aycliffe site. This position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, providing a great opportunity for those looking to secure long-term employment in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.


• Organizing stock within the warehouse to optimize space management.


• Picking and packing orders for dispatch.


• Assisting with stock checks and inventory management.


• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.


• Strictly adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.


• Working collaboratively to meet and exceed production targets.

THE EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.


• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.


• Possess good communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.


• Candidates must have steel-toed shoes; all other safety equipment will be provided.

THE CONTRACT

This role involves standard working hours from Monday to Thursday, 07:30 am – 16:30 pm, and an early finish on Friday at 11:30 am. The position offers stability and the potential for a permanent contract based on performance.
