This is your opportunity to join a unique manufacturer who have over 80 years of expertise in their field who due to continued success are seeking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

About you…

• +3 years of experience in warehouse management


• Strong people management skills, with an understanding of HR and H&S policy


• Proficient with MS Office

Duties…

• Responsibility for all day to day warehouse operations.


• Budgetary responsibility for the department


• Follow despatch schedules to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met


• Control the storage of finished goods inventory and manage intake of goods from other Group sites


• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels


• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff


• Identify training/coaching needs


• Take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and trucks


• To identify and provide recommendations for improvements and future development


• Take responsibility for the efficient utilisation and co-ordination of resources within the Warehouse in line with demands from custom despatch and internal departments.
