Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor, Magherafelt – Maternity Contract

Office hours with Flexitime!! 

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will play an important role in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and logistics to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods! This will include;

• Supervise the receiving, storing, and organising of inventory in the warehouse


• Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and inventory audits


• Provide the finance team with accurate end-of-month stock valuation reports and payment receipts


• Monitor transportation schedules and track shipments to address any delays or issues promptly and ensure custom compliance paperwork completed


• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimise stock shortages, ensuring on time delivery to the factory

What we are looking for…

• Experience in a similar role, ideally 3 years in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment


• Confident IT skills, ideally with experience of MRP systems


• Analytical thinker with problem solving ability and excellent attention to detail & an aptitude for figures, finance, budgets and numeracy
