Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference? Whether you’ve worked in care, education, retail, or hospitality or you're simply passionate about helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Dimensions are seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Colchester, supporting three young adults (two males and one female, aged 19–22) in a supported living bungalow.
This is a waking night role where your presence and attentiveness will help ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night. You’ll conduct regular “keeping safe” checks, provide personal care (full support for one-person, gentle prompts for others), and maintain a calm, clean environment. You’ll also support with medication administration, and you’ll use IT systems to log any incidents or updates.
Although this is a night role, you’ll still be part of a values driven support team. The people we support like their week to include baking and arts and crafts to swimming and cinema trips.
