Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: 37.5 per week

What You’ll Do:
- Own the video production process from concept to final cut shooting, editing, and everything in between.
- Create high-quality, innovative content for social media, web, events, and advertising.
- Collaborate across the business to bring our bold brand and student stories to life.
- Guide and support our Student Content Creators to help them develop their own visual storytelling skills.
- Stay on the pulse of trends, tech, and tools keeping our content fresh and future ready.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree in Film, Media Production or equivalent experience (2+ years of professional videography/editing).
- A strong showreel or portfolio showing off your creativity and versatility.
- Confidence using pro-level gear and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects etc).
- Skills in sound, lighting, framing and post-production.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management and the ability to hit tight deadlines.
- A team spirit, bold ideas, and a natural ability to connect with people.
