Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join a well-established salad growing company. This is a hands-on role offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within a supportive and fast-paced agricultural team.
Key Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Conversational level of English
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to assist across various departments, including dispatch, loading, and general farm duties
- Comfortable working in a physically active and fast-paced environment
Desirable (not essential):
- Basic IT skills
- Forklift Truck (FLT) experience
- Mechanical knowledge
- Previous experience in salad production or farm work
