Transaction Tax Manager / Senior Manager responsibilities will include:

• Leading on complex tax due diligence, structuring and advisory projects.


• Run bolt-on and standard due diligence work with autonomy, while taking on more complex deals alongside senior leaders.


• Reviewing and coaching junior team members


• Contributing ideas to improve our approach, tools and ways of working


• Leading, supporting and inspiring peers

As a Transaction Tax Manager / Senior Manager you will be/have:

• ACA or CTA qualified


• Over 5 years’ Deals Tax Experience including


• Experience managing a portfolio of clients dealing with the compliance and advisory


• Experience on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
