They are recruiting for a Transactions Tax Director in their Derby office!

Transaction Tax Director responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key point of contact within the Firm for the client


• Leading due diligence meetings with clients


• Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders


• Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients

As a Transaction Tax Director, you will be/have:

• ACA or CTA qualified


• Over 9 years’ Deals Tax Experience including


• Experience managing clients, strong knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues


• Expertise with client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries                   


• Extensive experience Leading on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services


• Excellent staff management skills
