Are you an experienced TS Manager or Senior Manger looking to work with some of the biggest clients across the UK and Internationally.

Our client, one of the Big 4, sector agnostic, and looking for someone to be able to help grow the team as their deal pipeline increases.

Transaction Services Senior Manager responsibilities include:

• Prepare financial due diligence reports and support junior colleagues.


• Assist clients with deal related decision making and Partner’s on larger transactions


• Responsible for leading, coaching and developing teams.

As a Transaction Services Senior Manager, you will:

• Have worked in Corporate Finance for 4+ years.


• Experience managing/supporting junior execs.


• Have An industry qualification e.g. ACA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with significant experience.
