Working Monday to Friday;

7am to 3pm and 2:30pm Friday finishes

Exceptional opportunity to join a leading NI manufacturer as their new Trainee Production Team Leader, working Monday to Friday on a days basis!

Reporting into management you will lead their production team in the manufacture of company products while maintaining a safe environment, this will include;

• Executing production orders, process instructions and safety instructions accurately


• Help implement and maintain our OTIF by performing the additional production duties as follows.


• Liaise with Sales, Technical and Production departments to ensure orders are prioritised and processed efficiently.


• Ensure product is correctly packaged and labelled and booked to correct location on NAV in order to facilitate efficient invoicing and despatch.


• To liaise with Supervisor/Production Manager and carry out instructions regarding all production and ancillary matters.


• To support Site Foreman/ Production Supervisor and maintain systems in their absence.

What we are looking for…

• Experience gained within a manufacturing / production environment, ideally with some lead / supervisor experience


• Ideally with education / training in a related discipline
