We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team on a busy construction site in Aldershot. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of vehicle and pedestrian movement on site.
Key Responsibilities
Directing site traffic and ensuring safe vehicle movements
Coordinating deliveries and plant movements in and out of site
Communicating clearly with drivers and site operatives
Monitoring access and egress points
Enforcing site health and safety procedures at all times
Reporting any incidents or hazards to site management
Requirements
Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman Certificate
Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
Previous experience in a similar role on construction sites
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
High regard for health and safety regulations
PPE must be worn at all times (hard hat, hi-vis, boots, etc.)
