Job Title: Traffic Marshal
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time, Day Shifts,
Start Date: TBC
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and control the flow of vehicles on and around the site
Ensure the safety of pedestrians and workers in high-traffic areas
Communicate clearly with drivers and site staff to prevent accidents or delays
Monitor and enforce on-site traffic management plans
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly
Requirements:
Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification (essential)
CSCS card (preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
Strong communication skills
A proactive and safety-first approach
Punctual, dependable, and professional at all times
