About the role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Tenancy Progressor to join our lettings team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset to play a key role in ensuring a smooth and compliant journey for tenants from initial enquiry through to move-in.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring that all data is kept up to date and handled in line with data protection requirements. You will take responsibility for collecting customer details, qualifying their requirements, and providing clear and professional guidance throughout the lettings process.
You will act as a central point of contact for incoming lettings enquiries, responding promptly via both telephone and email and arranging property viewings in coordination with onsite teams. As part of the role, you will also support negotiations on tenancy offers and manage the progression of agreed tenancies from offer stage through to completion and move-in.
A key aspect of the position will involve supporting applicants through the referencing process, ensuring that all required information and documentation is obtained in a timely manner. You will be responsible for issuing tenancy documentation, arranging Right to Rent checks, and registering deposits in line with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. You will also monitor Right to Rent documentation on an ongoing basis, ensuring that time-limited visas are accurately recorded and diarised for re-checks where required.
Throughout all stages of the tenancy progression process, you will ensure that compliance and regulatory requirements relating to residential lettings are fully adhered to, maintaining accurate records and contributing to a high standard of operational best practice.
