Job Title: Accounts Administrator (Temporary, Part-Time)
Location: IP6
Hours: 12-16 hours per week
Duration: Temporary approx. 3 months
About the Role:
Were seeking a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Administrator to support our finance team with purchase ledger, sales ledger, job costing, and general admin tasks. This is a temporary part-time role to cover a short-term gap in capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase and sales ledger entries
Assist with job costing tasks
Perform general administrative duties
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records
What Were Looking For:
Experience with Sage Accounting Software (preferably Sage 200)
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail
Proactive and professional approach
Note: This role is offered on a temporary basis due to a current team members departure and pending return from maternity leave.
