Telesales Manager, Belfast, £33-£38K
We are working with an exceptional telecommunications provider, who focus on cloud-based phone systems, broadband and mobile services, with customer needs and service always being their priority.
Hours - Monday – Friday 8:45-5:00
In this role, you will be –
- Conducting outbound generation b2b through cold calling
- Booking appointments for sales representatives
- Recruit, train and coach sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Motivate the team through communication, coaching, incentives and by providing a positive culture and environment
- Monitor, analyse and report on sales performance against KPIs and targets
- Identify areas for improvement and implement actions
You will need –
- 3 years as a Telesales Manager or similar leadership role, leading and coaching an outbound cold calling team with proven results
- Able to demonstrate ability and experience in appointment setting
- Track record of achieving or succeeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and inspire a team
- A solid understanding of performance metrics
