Our client is an established training provider with over 16 years of proven success, helping people qualify for rewarding careers in the education sector. We're helping them look for an experienced sales professional to join a growing team.
The Role:
They're looking for a results-driven sales professional to sell education and training courses to prospective students. You'll be responsible for converting leads into course enrolments through phone sales, relationship building, and consultative selling.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record in telesales/phone sales
- Experience selling courses, training, or education products
- Strong cold calling and warm lead conversion skills
- Ability to hit and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Must be able to work onsite at our London office
Desirable:
- 3+ years proven telesales experience
- Previous experience in education/training sales
- CRM experience
- Understanding of career development/qualification pathways
