About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Telehandler Driver to join our team, working with a well-established and reputable brickwork subcontractor. This is an excellent opportunity offering job security for the entire summer, with steady work and a supportive team environment.
Unlike roles with large housing developers, this position is busy without being hectic or stressful, providing a balanced and manageable workload while still keeping you consistently engaged. It's an ideal role for someone looking to settle into a long-term position, rather than bouncing between short-term holiday cover jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a telehandler efficiently and safely across site.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
Support the bricklaying team and other site operations as needed.
Carry out daily machine checks and report any issues.
Follow all on-site health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler licence.
Previous experience on a busy construction site.
A strong work ethic and team player mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
