Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Telehandler Operator with an Underslung Ticket to join our team. This role involves operating a telehandler on construction sites, handling materials, and assisting with lifting operations. Work is available immediately in the East Grinstead area. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating a telehandler with an underslung attachment for lifting and moving materials


• Assisting with material handling, including loading and unloading from vehicles


• Operating the telehandler safely and efficiently to transport goods around the site


• Ensuring that all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with safety guidelines


• Performing daily checks and maintenance on the equipment


• Communicating effectively with site personnel to ensure smooth operations


• Reporting any issues with equipment or safety concerns to the site supervisor


• Must be willing to jump out and help with labouring 

Requirements

• Valid Telehandler Operator certification (CPCS/NPORS)


• Underslung Ticket required


• Previous experience operating a telehandler, ideally with an underslung attachment


• CSCS card (preferred)


• Full UK driving license (preferred)


• Strong knowledge of site safety and lifting operations


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently


• Able to travel to and from site


• Assist with labouring duties
