An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Coordinator with a Engineering or Physics Background to join a reputable company in the calibration industry. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Engineering or Physics, as it requires technical expertise to effectively communicate with customers and provide critical support to the sales team.

As a Technical Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the company's strategic goals, utilising both your technical knowledge and sales acumen.

You will be responsible for:

Provide exceptional sales service with technical expertise.
Build collaborative relationships within the sales team and across departments.
Manage and respond to customer sales inquiries with technical accuracy.
Prepare tailored quotations for technical products or services.
Follow up on quotations to drive successful sales outcomes.
Cold call potential customers and expand the client base with technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with ISO17025 and ISO9001 processes.

What We Are Looking For:

Previously worked as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within a technical or engineering setting.
Proven experience in sales, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
A background in Engineering or Physics is essential to effectively support technical sales efforts.
Strong decision-making skills with an ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
Exceptional organisational and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook.

Technical Sales Coordinator role is based in Shoreham by Sea and can offer a Salary of circa £24,000 - £27,000 (DOE). This is a Full Time, Permanent Position with Excellent Benefits
