Technical Coordinator – Residential Developer

A growing residential developer is looking for a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of a live housing scheme in Poplar. The Technical Coordinator will be site-based, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the build and working hands-on with construction teams.

You’ll be supporting the Technical Manager, helping to keep designs coordinated, compliant, and moving at pace.

• Poplar, East London (Site-Based)


• £55,000 – £65,000 + Package

The Role

• Support the technical delivery of a live residential development


• Coordinate consultants, drawings, and technical information


• Manage planning conditions and liaise with Building Control


• Respond to technical queries from site and construction teams


• Assist with approvals, utilities, and statutory submissions

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Manager


• Background working with a residential developer or housebuilder


• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction


• Comfortable working site-based and interacting with site teams
