Tax Senior Manager responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex tax planning strategies for a high-value portfolio, including restructuring, acquisitions, developments, and disposals.


• Act as a trusted advisor to UHNWs, HNWIs, and family-owned SMEs, providing holistic advice on UK Land and Property Tax and VAT matters.


• Drive business development by leveraging professional connections with lawyers and wealth managers to expand the firm’s Property Tax offering.


• Mentor and develop junior team members, overseeing their technical growth and conducting performance appraisals to foster a high-performing team culture.

As the successful candidate you will

• Be CTA qualified with extensive post-qualified experience in a dedicated tax advisory role.


• Possess a proven track record of managing a complex tax portfolio and implementing strategic property tax planning.


• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and manage portfolio profitability.


• Have experience in building and maintaining influential relationships with third-party professional intermediaries.
