Multi-Faceted Surveyor & Snagging Specialist

Location: Remote / Site-Based (Buckinghamshire & London Projects)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)

Our Client:

A leading high-end bespoke joinery company based in Buckinghamshire, specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of premium-quality kitchens, wardrobes, and fitted furniture.

The Role:

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join the team in a hybrid capacity. This dynamic role combines elements of surveying, quality control, and aftercare. You will work remotely and travel to sites as required, predominantly across London and the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pre-manufacture & pre-installation site surveys, ensuring accurate measurements and readiness
• Visit completed installations to carry out snagging inspections and generate detailed snagging reports
• Identify and document any outstanding works or remedial issues with photographic evidence
• Maintain accurate records of all site visits, surveys and outcomes

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in high-end joinery, cabinetry or interior fit-out
• Excellent eye for detail with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship
• Confident communicator
• Skilled in site surveying and familiar with joinery installation tolerances
• Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of managing your own time
• Proficient with snagging/reporting software or capable of producing clear, professional documentation
• Full UK driving licence required
