Support Worker
Waking Nights
Hourly rate - £14.97 per hour
Hours - 18 hours per week
Discovery is looking for caring Waking Night Support Workers in Yeovil to support 5 gentlemen who live in their own individual flats, you may find yourself watching some football, listening to some music or ending the day with a jigsaw, you will also be responsible for ensuring the appropriate support is given in line the risk assessment and support plan whist also carrying out a number of key allocated tasks.
The role may involve tasks such as:
Shift pattern: 10pm - 7am
