Support Worker Opportunity in BA14 – Make Every Day Meaningful
Location: Trowbridge , BA14 (Just a 3min Drive From Trowbridge Train Station)
Hours: Part-Time (30 Hours Per Week)
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Setting: Supporting 3 sociable and adventurous gentlemen, aged 30s to 60s
Support Needs: Mild learning disabilities, epilepsy (managed with medication)
Driver Requirement: UK Manual licence essential

What Will You Be Doing?
- Providing prompting support with daily routines
- Supporting wheelchair use for one individual when out and about
- Preparing meals and administering medication
- Encouraging independence and helping plan engaging activities
- Building strong, trusting relationships with individuals and their families
Shift Patterns
We offer a variety of shifts:
- Day Shifts: 7am – 3pm / 3pm – 10pm / 10am – 4pm
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work life balance.

We’re seeking Support Workers who are:

- Team players, who work well with others and communicate effectively
- Confident drivers with a manual licence
Experience in care is helpful but not essential—we’re looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.
