About the role
We’re looking for a Female Support Worker to join our friendly team in Farnborough, supporting three ladies and two gentlemen aged between their 40s and 80s who live full, independent lives with learning disabilities.

Not everyone we support uses words to communicate, but they each have their own unique ways of expressing themselves. If you haven’t worked with non-verbal communication before, don’t worry — full training is provided.
What you’ll do
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people live the life they choose. Your responsibilities will include:
Shifts vary, with the earliest starting at 07:30 and the latest finishing at 22:00. You may also be required to work one sleep-in shift per week.
A full UK/EU driving licence would be an advantage, as the people we support have access to a vehicle.
