About the role

In a large, happy house, you will be supporting gentlemen, in there 50's and 60's, who have a passion for walking, going to the beach, swimming, and eating out.

The gentlemen require a high level of support, and commitment, from you whilst you actively engage them in every aspect of their lives, and ensure they are living their best lives – the lives that they choose to live.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance.

Shifts: 12 hours (7am - 7pm / 8am - 8pm), Alternate weekends
Drivers licence essential: Manual

About you

You don’t need previous experience to become a great Support Worker — what matters most is your attitude. We’re looking for people who are patient, positive, kind and genuinely motivated to help others live well. If you’re someone who listens, encourages independence, enjoys being part of an active team and isn’t afraid of getting stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.
