About the role
We have multiple Support Worker opportunities across Darlington, offering you the chance to join a values-led organisation where you can truly make a difference.
As we recruit across several services, the exact location and people you’ll be supporting will be discussed with you at interview, so we can find the best match for your skills, interests and preferences.
What You’ll Be Supporting With
- Supporting people with daily life, including personal care, routines and activities
- Promoting independence, choice and dignity
- Supporting people to access their local community and stay connected
- Providing emotional support and building positive relationships
- Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
Shift pattern:
8am - 7pm
11am - 6pm
11am - 9pm
Must be available to do sleep in shifts!
