  • Shifts include long days (8am–9pm) and alternate weekends required.

We have multiple part-time roles (20 hours per week) available across two supported living homes in Louth, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. You’ll be matched to one of the homes during the interview process based on your skills, experience, and personality.

About the Homes

Home 1 – Support for a Lady in Her 50s
You'll be supporting a 57-year-old woman who lives with two other ladies, but your role is focused on 1:1 support. She’s fun, energetic, and always up for something new, from monster truck rallies and bike nights to cinema trips, sensory play, and eating out. She loves her independence.

You’ll support with:

  • Personal care.
  • Hoisting and wheelchair use (training provided).
  • Meal preparation and feeding.
  • Driving in her car to support her to be present in the community.

Home 2 – Supporting Four Gentlemen (Late 40s–60s)
This home supports four gentlemen who enjoy their week to include gardening and bird watching, to go-karting, cinema trips, plane spotting, eating out, and returning to familiar places like former neighbourhoods.

Support includes a mix of core hours and 1:1 time, both at home and in the community. You’ll need to be comfortable providing:

  • Full personal care.
  • Support with meal preparation.
  • Hoist and wheelchair use for one gentleman.
  • Communication support (three men use words to communicate, one communicates using gestures and sounds).

If you're someone who can think on your feet, build trust through consistency, and adapt to individual routines and preferences, this is a great role for you.
