Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Radstock
Location: Westfield, Radstock (Just a 3min Drive from Westhill Sports and Social Club)
Pay Rate: £12.98 per hour (£50 per Sleep-In Shift)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts: 9:00 AM – 8:00/9:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 9:00 AM (with sleep-in)
Driver Requirement: Full UK or EU Driving Licence (You’ll be driving a mobility vehicle)

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, you’ll be:

  • Promoting Independence: Encouraging confidence and supporting daily living skills.
  • Engaging in Activities: Supporting with community outings, social events, and meaningful routines.
  • Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal care, medication, and mobility needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Working 1:1 and 2:1 with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality support.
  • Building Relationships: Working closely with family members who are actively involved and supportive.
