We're looking for a hands-on Repairs Supervisor to join our team, based out of Tunbridge and covering properties across the West side of Kent. We need someone reliable and ready to hit the ground running!

About the Role

This isn't just a supervisory role; it's a chance to lead from the front. You'll use your extensive on-the-tools experience to guide a team delivering essential repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. We need a strong leader who can maintain high standards, ensure health and safety, and keep our residents happy.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading Your Team: Supervise and support a team of skilled operatives, sharing your expertise to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.

Quality Control: Oversee all works, ensuring they meet our exacting standards and comply with all specifications.

Site Management: Manage day-to-day operations on site, including planning, scheduling, and allocating tasks.

Health & Safety: Uphold and enforce strict health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.

Problem Solving: Tackle on-site challenges, providing practical solutions and guidance to your team.

Resident Satisfaction: Help ensure excellent service delivery, maintaining positive relationships with residents.

What We're Looking For:

From the Tools: You've spent significant time working hands-on in social housing repairs and are now looking to step up into a supervisory role.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working directly within the social housing sector.

Leadership Potential: You're a natural leader who can motivate a team and drive performance.

Certifications:
- SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme) is essential.
- 1st Aid qualification is essential.
- Fire Marshall certification is essential.

Reliability: We need someone we can count on – consistency and commitment are key.

Driving Licence: A full, valid UK driving licence.
