Pay Rate: £27 per hour (plus company van and fuel card)

As our Repairs Supervisor, you will:

• Drive Quality and Efficiency On-Site: Regularly visit repair sites to monitor progress, assess the quality of work, and provide expert guidance to your team, ensuring adherence to best practices.


• Champion Safety and Compliance: Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all repair work complies with relevant regulations and company standards.


• Manage Materials and Logistics: Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of necessary materials and ensure the team has the correct tools and equipment for each job, involving administrative coordination from the office.


• Foster Positive Resident Relations: Act as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with residents regarding repair schedules and updates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
