Reactive/Void Supervisor - NW London - £26 CIS + Van/Fuel Card - Immediate Start

We're looking for a Reactive or Void Supervisor to work in Northwest London. This role pays £26 CIS, with a company van and fuel card provided.

The Role:

You'll be managing either reactive repairs or void property refurbishments, depending on your experience. This involves overseeing a team of tradespeople, scheduling work, ensuring quality and safety, and managing day-to-day site operations.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in reactive or void maintenance.


• SSSTS, Asbestos Awanreness (can be obtained if offered the position)


• Solid working knowledge of building trades.


• Strong team management skills.


• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.


• Valid UK driving license.
