Submissions Manager (Construction / Civils) – Hybrid

Up to £48k + benefits

We are working with a leading Construction & Civils contractor to recruit for 2 exciting roles within the business, Submission Manager, x1 Civils and x1 Construction. Both opportunities offer excellent opportunities to join a leading contractor at an exciting time.

Joining the pre-construction teams on the outskirts of Belfast you will work alongside a dedicated team on the preparation of high-quality tender quality submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires. This will include;

• Reviewing and analysing PQQ/Tender submission requirements to plan and develop the overall response


• Writing, editing, and reviewing responses to PQQ/Tender questions, with support from the technical and estimating teams


• Liaising with internal and external parties to develop methodologies and quality submission responses, including construction team and external consultants


• Coordinating inputs from bid team members to collate and deliver/submit PQQ/Tender returns, ensuring quality and consistency across all documentation in line with company brand guidelines.


• Preparing for and attending presentations for client interviews

What we are looking for…

• 5 years’ experience in writing PQQ and Tender responses for Construction or Civil Engineering projects


• Experience within a Main Contracting or Consultancy bidding background


• Able to effectively plan own workload and work to tight deadlines in high pressure situations


• Strong written and oral communication skills
