Structural Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for a Structural Surveyor to join a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy delivering practical, design-led solutions from concept through to construction.

As a Structural Surveyor, you will assess buildings for structural concerns and produce detailed reports outlining findings and recommended remedial solutions.

This role offers a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 and benefits.

What we are looking for

• Previously worked as a Structural Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Structural engineer, Disrepair Surveyor, Building Structural Surveyor, Structural Building Surveyor, Property Surveyor, Building Defects Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Proven experience surveying properties for structural issues
• Strong technical understanding of building structures and defects
• Ability to produce professional reports including remedial advice
• Good working knowledge of relevant building standards and regulations
