Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

Salary: £52,000.00 to £57,000.00 (DoE)

Main purpose of the role:
This is a role completely focused on increasing the revenue of the external partner relationships ICA has, by managing them to drive ICA business in the partners respective territories. There will also be a responsibility to identify and onboard new strategic partners to support and grow ICA’s global network.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve budgeted sales and revenue performance for ICA’s portfolio of qualification, training, membership and risk management tools and services.
- Generate new partners by identifying and onboarding prospective partners.
- Hitting Sales Targets
- Hitting KPIs – activity-based metrics e.g. monthly client meeting quotas; exact details TBD during sales plan formulation as above.
- Identify, Manage and grow a key account portfolio.
- Work with the Sales Director to manage and grow a network of partners.
- Work with Marketing & Sales Director to generate leads.
- Be the voice of the customer when working with the Product team to ensure ICA’s services meet customer requirements in the region.
- Generate new business/partners through LinkedIn and other channels.

You will also need;
Essential
- A proven commercial winner with experience delivering in a high-growth international business.
- A relationship focussed network manager
- A skilled verbal and written communicator, experienced operating at Board level both internally and with clients/prospects.
- A resilient and tenacious operator who understands the need for positive persistence as a central pillar to achieving business development success at scale.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfort presenting at senior level.
- Innovative and strong relationship building experience
- Proven ability to work successfully as part of a team.
- Ability to network well at all levels – internally and externally
Desirable
- Experience of the professional training and qualifications sector.
- Experience selling into the Financial Services and other regulated sectors.
- Experience of working across the AML, Financial Crime Prevention, KYC & CDD, Sanctions, Enterprise Wide Risk Management and GRC landscape.
