Black Fox Solutions is delighted to be searching for a  Staff Nurse role in the Portstewart area. The Sucessful candidate provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in a nursing home facility. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The nurse will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive high-quality care tailored to their specific needs.

The role:

• You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.


• Leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home


• To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals


• Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.


• Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate


• Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse


• 6+ months of Deputy Nurse manager experience


• A Valid NMC Pin
