Staff Nurse 

Banbridge

Full Time 36 / 48 hours 

3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next etc.

Nights Shifts 

£20.50+ph / £44,722+ per annum

Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be searching for a skilled and compassionate Nurse in the Banbridge area. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our elderly residents, including assisting with their daily activities, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their overall well-being. Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the resident's physician.


• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, and report any changes or concerns to the physician.


• Assist residents with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Monitor residents' nutrition and hydration status and assist with feeding when necessary.


• Ensure that residents are comfortable and well-cared for at all times.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.


• Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers as necessary to ensure the best possible care for our residents.


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Valid NMC Pin


• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work well as part of a team.


• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.


• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
