I am delighted to be seeking an experienced Staff Nurse in Holywood. This role is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated nursing professional with excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care to elderly and vulnerable residents. The successful candidate will be an empathetic and effective communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and a dedicated advocate for residents’ well-being, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in a nurturing environment.

The role:

• You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.


• To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-cantered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals


• Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.


• Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate


• Shadow the Nurse manager and Cover for the Nurse Manager when needed


• Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse


• 6+ months of Nurse experience


• A Valid NMC Pin
