Varying rates - weekday £17.65 per hour and weekend £22.04 per hour

A medium sized, built for purpose nursing home is looking for a new staff nurse to join the team!
This home has dementia care, learning disability care, mental health condition care and general nursing duties.
An excellent opportunity for any nurse looking to get as much experience and expose to the world of nursing as possible.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this home’s residents.
- Ensure that all residents receive the care outlined in their unique care plans.
- Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed.
- Monitor residents after administering medication for any normal, positive or negative effects of the drug/s.
- Ensure the safe storage and control of all stock drugs, making sure to prevent overstocking or out of date drugs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.
I believe a successful candidate should have at least 1 full year of experience as a Staff Nurse within Nursing homes should apply.
