As part of a busy team, you will be building a network of clients and candidates, developing relationships through calls, emails and visits. A Recruitment Consultant is someone who is self-motivated with a good attitude towards work and has a drive to achieve goals both individually and for the company. You will need to be IT competent-Outlook, Excel, Word etc. The role requires attention to detail, organisation skills, problem solving and excellent communication skills. For this role you will need to demonstrate excellent sales experience, be hungry to work towards financially rewarding targets and take control of your own goals and achievements. Ideally we would love and experienced hire in this role, but would consider someone from other backgrounds, but you must be customer drives, sales focused and want to achieve.
