The Slickline Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating slickline operations on drilling rigs or production platforms. You will be in charge of managing a team of slickline operators and ensuring that all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
Manage slickline equipment inventory, including inspection, maintenance, and repair activities. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and meets the necessary quality standards.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of slickline operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Several years of experience working in slickline operations, with a progressive increase in responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of slickline equipment, tools, and techniques.
Proficient in interpreting well schematics, technical drawings, and operational procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
