Job Title: Skilled Paver / Paver Installer
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £20–22 per hour (negotiable, based on experience) — weekly pay
What You’ll Do
Prepare and level ground surfaces: removing debris, grading, compacting, and setting up base layers
Lay blocks, slabs, paving stones, and curbs—ensuring precise alignment, spacing, and finish
Cut and shape materials using hand and power tools (e.g., saws, chisels, trowels)
Repair and maintain existing paved surfaces as required
Read and follow blueprints or layout plans accurately
Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, tidy job site in line with health and safety standards
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in paving, masonry, or hard landscaping roles (such as block paving, granite sets, slabbing)—this reflects typical standards in the industry hrblade.comCV-Library
