Due to the continued growth of the company, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a experienced Site Supervisor to join the team! You will be working for an industry leading flooring specialist who work across the UK and Europe. 

Key responsibilities;

• Manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications & quality


• Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site in all aspects


• Organise daily work schedules and delegating roles to various tradesmen and skilled workers in the crew


• Completion of daily and weekly checklists to ensure accurate real-time reporting of information to office-based staff


• Take proactive ownership of all site-related issues starting from the initial planning for pre-site organised, right through to on-site activities and subsequent completion of project to ensure a successful outcome at each stage

Essential Criteria;

• Must have Right to Work in both the UK & EU


• Previous experience leading a team (preferably working with concrete)


• Good communication skills
