Join a leading, well-established construction company with projects across the UK and Ireland. Following the award of several new developments, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager based in Newry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new-build and fit-out construction, bringing expertise in managing projects from start to finish.

Duties within the role will include;

  Deliver projects on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead, manage, and motivate site teams while coordinating labour and resources.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for senior management.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and ensure construction drawings are followed precisely.

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with engineers and subcontractors, and support contract negotiations.
