We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment works in Hull/Beverley area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work focused on improving the standard of living in local communities.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal refurbishment works (kitchens/bathrooms/requires) across occupied and void properties, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budge with a strong focus on health & safety and resident satisfaction.
Experience Required
Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing refurbishment (essential)
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
Excellent knowledge of construction health and safety regulations
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to manage works in occupied homes with empathy and professionalism
Remuneration
CIS approx £270.00 per day.
