Role: Site Manager

Location: London (travel/accommodation covered if NI-based)

Pay: Negotiable DOE

Hours: Full-time

Site Manager required for a 5-storey concrete frame nursing home build in London. You’ll oversee subcontractors, site safety, quality control, and technical setting out. Reporting to directors, you’ll be key to delivering this high-spec project on time and to the highest standards.

The Requirements:

• Previous site management experience


• Strong setting out and supervision skills


• BREEAM knowledge desirable


• CSR card, First Aid & full UK licence essential
